Comments: This journal caused me many mixed emotions. the diarist has no problem speaking her mind, but I felt that her mind set needed a little boost. All too often I feel that women are not commanding the R-E-S-P-E-C-T that they deserve. They aren't walking tall or showing any pride. And esteem seems to be at an all time low!

This diarist journaled that she:

is sick of being a hypocrite- so stop!

Unhappy- so get over it and seek happiness!

Tired of being walked all over- roll up the mat and burn it, honey!

Treated disrespectfully- do NOT tolerate it!

Disappointed- lower your expectations or MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Waiting for things to happen- ever watched water as you waited for it to boil? It just slows the process.

My personal opinion, for what it's worth (if anything) is that life is all about what you make of it. You get one shot and only one shot to make it all worth living with a few spaces for trial and error. But in the end, there are no refunds.

You've got the spirit, I feel it in your writing. Now you have to break through the ties that bind and take pride in who you are. Because you know something? There's only one you. And NOBODY can be her better!
